Horrible customer service

I love this game and purchased coins. My app crashed and I was able to get my levels back but my coins were gone! I emailed customer service and they asked me to take a screen shot of my receipt and they will credit my account. I did so and have not heard back since, that was 5 days ago and Ive emailed them twice and received no response.
