No contact from support.

Sent several emails to support about not receiving what I paid for(coins). Never heard back from anyone... ever. Had to reach out to iTunes to pursue a refund. Horrible.. Good gaming should come with at least decent customer service. They arent offering even satisfactory customer service. No longer wish to play.
